Adult Therapy Sessions
Lakeside Psychotherapy is a private clinic and fees are payable upfront for our services.
Our fee is $200 for a 50-60 min therapy session. This fee is payable at the time of the consultation by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard.
There are multiple funding options available that can assist or fully cover the cost of your psychology care. There is a Medicare rebate applicable to the fee should you have a GP Mental Health Care Plan in place. We also see National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funded clients and you may also be eligible for rebate under Private Health depending on your policy.
Children and Adult Assessments
Dr Linda Basson provides ADHD and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) assessments for both children and adults.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your therapy session, please cancel at your earliest opportunity via phone or email so that the appointment can be made available to others. Please note we require at least two (2) days’ notice of cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $100.00. This is an out-of-pocket fee which is not eligible for a rebate from Medicare. The cancellation fee will also be payable for any non-attendance without notice.
